Check-in and check-out times

The reception is located at Hotel Astoria, in Via Verdi 1, easily reachable from Piazza Calderini.

Check-in: from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Late check-in is available upon request and subject to availability.

Check-out: by 10 a.m.
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.

Hotel access: for the safety of all guests, the entrance door under the Clock Tower is always closed. To enter, use your magnetic key by placing it on the black keypad to the right of the door.

Breakfast hours and restaurant area

  • Breakfast: served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the breakfast room of Hotel Astoria, located on the other side of the square.
  • Restaurant: available for lunch and dinner by the lake, ideal for enjoying local dishes in a relaxing atmosphere.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to maintain silence during the nighttime hours and to behave in a courteous and respectful manner within the property.

Cancellation and payment policies

  • Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival date. For late cancellations or no-shows, the amount for the first night will be charged.
  • Payment is made directly at the property. The credit card is used solely to guarantee the booking. If you require an electronic invoice for business purposes, please inform us at the time of booking.
